Dud–Imob has started activity in the commercial sector by trading strategic land for construction, office buildings and commercial complexes.
In the next period, Dud-Imob continued this activity, but in the background , focusing more on trading agricultural and forestry land, being already involved in the agriculture area.
In the last four years we were able to we trade 20,000 hectares of agricultural lands and forests, currently being in negotiations for another 10,000 hectares, making it one of the milestone and trustworthy companies for foreign partners keen on safe investments in this area.
Our secret was, besides the seriousness and professionalism with which we treated each client, the conjecture of the situation to work and already know most of the farmers, farms and agricultural lands. In some cases, even if there was no intention of selling, the financial solutions that we proposed to the owners, the collected value and reinvestment solutions were the main reason for the decision to sell.
